Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship? times its shipments from Holland so that our product arrives at the proper planting time (depending on climatic conditions) for each area of North America. We take advance reservations, and then just as soon as the crops are harvested, our staff makes an on-the-spot selection of the finest bulbs available to fill those reservations. Our shipping season: January until March. You get an e-mail from when your order is shipped from Holland. Shipping from Holland generally takes about 3 to 4 weeks (temperature controlled). The type of product you order or the weather in our area or yours may affect the anticipated shipping schedule. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a specific delivery day. However, we can put a note on your parcel asking the carriers to leave in a safe place or try a neighbor. We can also arrange for your parcel to be delivered to an alternative address.

* We stop taking orders for each spring shipping on December 1st.  

  How do I place an order?

Step 1. Select an individual variety.
Step 2. Select the amount of units and click on the 'Add to cart' -button.
Step 3. Overview your shoppingcart and click on the 'Place order' -button.
Step 4. Fill in the required fields and click on the 'Next' -button.
Step 5. Finalize your order and fill in the required billing information, an email will be sent  to confirm your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment for all orders:

  • Discover

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged directly when you place an order.

How much do you charge for shipping & handling? works with fixed shipping/handling costs: Add 15% to total amount ordered.

What is the price per perennial?

In order to give our customers the best price we sell our perennials per unit. The amount per unit is displayed on the right side of the page of each individual variety. For example, if a unit consists of 100 perennials and the price per unit is $120,- the price per perennial is $1,20.  

Is there a minimum order size?

In order to give our customers the best price and service, has a minimum order size of $150,-.

How and where do you ship?

Our perennials are carefully inspected by the USDA. After receiving a quality-certificate they are packed and shipped to the U.S.A. in temperature controlled containers to ensure quality at arrival. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses and Canada.

Do you ship to a different address?

We can arrange for your parcel to be delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the required fields when ordering.

What do I have to do when my perennials arrive?

Please open your parcel right away and soak the roots in water for at least 15 minutes. Then depending on plant either pot into a suitable sized container or straight into the ground. You can pot plants right away all year round to help build up the root system again and then plant out when the soil and weather conditions allow.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We must receive your request at least 4 weeks (28 days) before your order will be shipped from Holland and a cancellation fee of $25 will apply. Requests to cancel orders less than 28 days prior to your requested delivery date will not be accepted and the order will be delivered as scheduled.
